Jubilee Park and Community Center is located in the Jubilee Park Neighborhood in southeast Dallas, which is defined as the area bounded by I-30, Fair Park and the East Grand Corridor.
Our multi-facility campus includes the Walt Humann – T. Boone Pickens Community Center, a resource center, two Head Start schools, a senior housing complex and a three-acre park with soccer fields, basketball courts and playgrounds.
