Jubilee Park and Community Center is located in the Jubilee Park Neighborhood in southeast Dallas, which is defined as the area bounded by I-30, Fair Park and the East Grand Corridor.

Our multi-facility campus includes the Walt Humann – T. Boone Pickens Community Center, a resource center, two Head Start schools, a senior housing complex and a three-acre park with soccer fields, basketball courts and playgrounds.

The Resource Center
Houses police storefront, community prosecutor and code enforcement official

Teen Place
Hosts Jubilee’s Teen Program in collaboration with the YMCA

Community Garden
Grows vegetables for community and works with SMU to maintain aquaponics system for urban farming

Old Church at Jubilee
Hosts Zumba, aerobics classes and tutoring and offices of the United People’s Neighborhood Association
