Jubilee Public Safety Efforts
Enlists cooperation from Dallas Police Department, residents, business owners and code enforcement personnel to reduce the crime rate in the Jubilee area. Currently, Jubilee is working with the City of Dallas to monitor cameras that are installed in strategic areas throughout the Jubilee area; these locations were identified by community members, staff and city officials as "high crime" locations. Jubilee has seen a 37% reduction in crime since collaboration began, and 28% drop from 2007 to 2008.
