 To futher enhance the importance of education, Jubilee designed and built Davids' Place, a premier education center.  It is operated and funded primarily by the federal government as part of its  "Head Start"program administered by the United States Health and Human Services Department. 

Davids' Place Head Start prepares children ages 3-5 for grade-school entry to ensure they have a chance to excel as students.  The Center is a state of the art facility with nine classrooms accommodating up to 160 children and resources for students and family support.  Davids' Place is a premiere head start among Great Dallas Head Start Programs.

Executive Director, Peggy Polk, was recognized as "Administrator of the Year" for 2007-2008 by the Dallas Association for the Education of Young Children.
