Gisele Gomes Owens was born in the USA, but grew up in Brasil until she was sixteen years old.  After experimenting with different careers, she finally found her passion in Social Work.  Gisele began her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington in August 2003.  In August 2005, she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work.  Gisele joined the Jubilee staff in July of 2006 to work with families in the community, as well as families from local DISD school, O.M. Roberts.  Gisele has just completed her graduate studies in Social Work at UTA and graduated in May 2009.
