 1st Annual Outreach Jamboree

Saturday, April 5th

1:00 - 5:30 p.m.

On April 5, as a part of Mission Outreach Weekend, Saint Michael and All Angels will be hosting the 1st Annual Parish-wide Outreach Jamboree.  The purpose of this project is to provide the parish with a one-day mission experience in which all individuals, groups, and families may participate.

At 1:00 p.m. the events will begin with a Benediction at Jubilee Park followed by various community activities.  There will be a Home Communion in Jubilee Park at 4:00 p.m. followed by hot dog cook-out at 4:30 p.m., hosted by the Men of Saint Michael.

There will be 5 projects - geared to all ages - going on simultaneously:  alleyway clean-up, neighborhood clean-up, creation of "Health baskets" for local senior citizens, field day activities, and childrens crafts.

Childcare will be provided for Parish children by Saint Michael from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for children ages five and under.  Please contact Jennifer Raines in the Saint Michael Child Development Office at jraines@saintmichael.org no later than Tuesday, April 1st to make your reservation.

Please mark your calendars to join us for this intergenerational, parish-wide, community building day of fun.  Rain or shine!
