United Peoples Neighborhood Association in Jubilee Park promotes a family friendly neighborhood while assisting the citizens to maintain and improve their living conditions and support a clean, crime free community.
Goals for the United Peoples Neighborhood Association in Jubilee Park 1. To promote leadership and empowerment 2. To promote an increase in community involvement 3. To promote education and public safety 4. To promote improvement of community facilities that serve to enhance the quality of life of our residents
*Monthly meeting are held the 2nd Saturday of each month at The Jubilee Center at 10:00am. Residents are encouraged to attend to learn happenings in the neighborhood and present personal issues, concerns and information.
