The Resource Center at Jubilee Park houses a Dallas Police Department sub-station, the Community Prosecutor’s Office, and meeting space for the community. The strong partnership between the Dallas Police Department and Jubilee has been instrumental in the massive 60% drop in neighborhood crime since 2007.
