Seeds of Hope: Rent, Mortgage, and Utilities Assistance

Jubilee Park’s Seeds of Hope program offers crucial financial support for families facing unexpected challenges. Through our rent, mortgage, and utilities assistance services, we help residents stay in their homes and maintain stability during tough times. By offering a safety net, we empower our community to weather financial hardships and continue building secure, thriving lives.

Who Can Apply for Rent and Utilities Assistance?

Our rent, mortgage, and utilities assistance is available to households residing in our ZIP codes, as well as current program participants. To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Reside in 75223, 75210, or 75227
  • Show ID for all adults in the household
  • Provide proof of income for all adults
  • Submit an impact letter explaining the emergency situation
  • Provide a copy of the current utility bill or, for rental assistance, a current lease agreement
  • For mortgage assistance, submit a payment statement showing the mortgage company’s name and payment details

How to Apply for Utilities and Rental Assistance

Applications can be completed in person at the Outreach Office located in The Old Church, picked up at the main building’s front desk, or submitted online via the button below.

Any Outreach team member can assist with questions, but Lisa Lopez is the head of the program and will review the documentation with applicants. The application process will require an in person meeting once the application has been accepted.

Seeds of Hope is a program designed to provide relief and short-term support for qualifying families in crisis. We connect families to resources and financial assistance while offering guidance and encouragement throughout the process. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, we may not be able to assist with every request.
