Since its opening in August 2022, the Jubilee Park Community Clinic has significantly improved health access for residents. By providing affordable, essential healthcare services—including medical, dental, and mental health care—Jubilee is ensuring residents receive the critical services they need to thrive.
The clinic’s holistic approach, developed in partnership with Parkland Health and Jewish Family Service, addresses not only physical health but also mental health and wellness. Through these collaborative efforts, the clinic is bridging historical gaps in healthcare access, helping neighbors manage chronic conditions, and supporting their overall well-being. Jubilee is a federally designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) for primary care, mental health and dental services—meaning the community has limited access to healthcare resources. Now in its fourth year, Jubilee’s health clinic is reaching more neighbors than ever—thanks to a unique model that integrates clinical care, mental health support, and free prevention services.
This growth was made possible by adding a physician, expanding dental hours due to high demand and targeted outreach in partnership with Parkland and Jubilee’s Health & Wellness Team. More than just a place for treatment, Jubilee provides a trusted medical home—where lasting health starts with strong, ongoing relationships between patients, and their care team leads to meaningful changes both for individuals and the community. Jubilee continues to work with research partners to monitor the impact that the clinic is having on our community.
