Health Impact of Jubilee Clinic: Prioritizing Health and Wellness

Since its opening in August 2022, the Jubilee Park Community Clinic has significantly improved health access for residents. By providing affordable, essential healthcare services—including medical, dental, and mental health care—Jubilee is ensuring residents receive the critical services they need to thrive.

The clinic’s holistic approach, developed in partnership with Parkland Health and Jewish Family Service, addresses not only physical health but also mental health and wellness. Through these collaborative efforts, the clinic is bridging historical gaps in healthcare access, helping neighbors manage chronic conditions, and supporting their overall well-being. The data we’ve gathered demonstrates the far-reaching effects of this unique model on the community.

These numbers highlight the clinic’s vital role in providing comprehensive care and improving long-term health outcomes for the community.
