Jubilee Park & Community Center Welcomes Nine New Members to Board of Directors
New Leadership Brings Diverse Expertise and Community Connection to Support Jubilee’s Mission
Dallas, TX – March 12, 2025 – Jubilee Park & Community Center is pleased to announce the addition of nine new members to its Board of Directors. These individuals bring a wide range of knowledge in finance, real estate, human resources, faith-based leadership, and more.
The newly appointed board members are:
- Chris Belknap, Vice President and Treasurer – Chief Financial Officer, Integral Consulting
- Laura Christal, Assistant Treasurer – Audit Partner, KPMG LLP
- Amanda Austin – Director of Human Resources, Dialexa, an IBM Company
- Susan Barnicoat – Vestry Representative, Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church
- Adele Broughton – Real Estate Agent, Compass
- Casey Fries – Managing Director, Goldman Sachs
- Chris Girata – Rector, Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church
- Glenda Olvera – Jubilee Park Community Resident
- Mike Schetzel – Chief of Staff, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas
Chris Belknap and Laura Christal will also take on key roles as Officers, with Chris Belknap serving as Vice President & Treasurer and Laura Christal as the Assistant Treasurer. Additionally, we are thrilled to welcome veteran Board member Kristy Romo as Jubilee’s 2025 Board Chair and returning Board member, Allison Bovard, as Vice President and Secretary.

As Jubilee enters a new year, its newly appointed Board members will play a crucial role in shaping strategic initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth, and guiding Jubilee as it continues its work across the Social Determinants of Health through programs in Education, Opportunity, Housing & Workforce, Health, and Safety.
