Jubilee Park offers educational programming for children in grades K–12 , with a focus on creating opportunities for academic success, career readiness, and lifelong learning. This includes early childhood programs, afterschool tutoring, summer camp, and adult education services, all of which are designed to break cycles of poverty and foster upward mobility.

Through the Out of-School Time (OST) program, Jubilee empowers over 375 children annually through afterschool and summer programs, providing homework help, tutoring, and enrichment activities.

Jubilee’s Early Head Start and Head Start programs ensure that children aged 0-3 and 3-5 get a strong start, fostering cognitive and emotional development. These programs are operated through a partnership with Head Start of Greater Dallas.
