Housing & Workforce
Jubilee Park is committed to helping residents secure stable, affordable housing while also providing opportunities for workforce development. The Housing & Workforce impact area includes home repair services, advocacy for affordable housing, homeowner education, and job readiness programs that equip residents with the skills they need to achieve long-term financial stability and housing security. Additionally, participants have access to emergency financial assistance for rent/mortages/utilities within Jubilee’s Opportunity programs.

In the Minor Home Repairs program, Jubilee completes repairs on 30+ homes annually, addressing critical safety issues and improving living conditions.
A top priority is affordable housing advocacy, where Jubilee provides education on homeowners’ rights and the financial benefits of stable housing, helping families maintain long-term housing security.
For workforce development, Jubilee offers job readiness training, connection to employment resources, income supports programming for those enrolled in job training, and financial literacy programs, helping 200 adults annually gain the skills necessary for long-term employment and financial stability.
Offering emergency rental and mortgage assistance, Jubilee provides emergency assistance to 100 families annually, preventing eviction and ensuring housing stability during financial crises.
