Seeds of Hope

Welcome! We are glad you’re here! We all need help at one time or another, and there are many ways that the Jubilee Team can be here for you and your family. The Seeds of Hope program can help connect you with resources and/or financial assistance. A few things you should know:

• Assistance is limited to those living in zip codes 75223 and 75210.

• To fill out an application, click the below buttons. You may also call us at 214-887-1364 and leave a message or email outreach@jubileecenter.org. We will reach out to set up an appointment time to assist you. Make sure you add outreach@jubileecenter.org to your junk mail so you don’t miss our response.

• If you are approved, you will be required to provide documents to demonstrate your family’s need. We can help you with what questions you have about these documents. You will need to provide:

  • Proof of household income

  • Lease or bill that you are requesting to be paid

  • Identification for those living in your household [we do not make copies]

  • An Impact Letter that explains your family’s need for assistance

• While every effort will be made to quickly respond, we may not be able to respond to all requests. If you need immediate assistance, you may find local resources at www.findhelp.org or call 2-1-1.

Short-Term Financial Assistance & Resources
